Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where necessary.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by OSSSE.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including pricing or product information errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or product unavailability.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order has been processed for dispatch.

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

For orders within India, displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

OSSSE does not offer returns. Size exchanges may be available subject to the conditions and timelines specified in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Custom-sized, customised, altered and made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before an order has been processed for dispatch. Applicable payment processing deductions may apply as specified in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

In case of an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within the period specified in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
